  Job Title: Inspection Apprentice

 Department: Low Voltage Systems

  SUMMARY: The Inspection Apprentice will be responsible for inspecting fire alarm systems in commercial applications.

State Systems Inc. of Memphis TN is actively seeking to hire a full-time Low Voltage Installation Technician to service security systems, fire alarms, and other low voltage systems and address customer needs in the Huntsville / North Alabama area.  Job Description:

Responsibilities: Inspect Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems in accordance with applicable codes, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).


 * Experience preferred in Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems and other Low Voltage systems to be inspected. Training and Advancement Opportunities are available.

 * Proficient computer skills.

 * High School Diploma or equivalent required.

 * Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

 * Good organizational skills.

 * Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record that meets company requirements

 * Must be able to obtain state alarm license.

 *Candidates must successfully complete an employment background investigation and drug screening.
